Mr. Lagata was approached by one Azeez Ayorinde Olurin aka Gurexy on May 28, 2024, to assist Mohbad's father in withdrawing TikTok funds after a previous vendor, introduced by Gurexy, reportedly failed to disburse the money, which was allegedly missing around December 2023.
Upon investigation, Gurexy claimed the previous vendor's account was closed due to bank issues. Mr. Lagata assumed control of the TikTok account from May to November 2024. All transactions conducted during this period are fully documented and can be substantiated with irrefutable evidence, demonstrating that all funds were duly received and transferred to Mohbad's father's account on the same day they were withdrawn from TikTok.
2. Misleading Statements Regarding Fund Transfer Timelines
The assertion that Mr. Lagata informed Mohbad's father or Gurexy that it would take 3-4 working days to receive funds from the TikTok account is entirely baseless. All money was promptly received and transferred to Mohbad's father's account on the same day it was withdrawn from the TikTok platform.There was no instance where a multi-day delay was communicated or experienced.
3. Involvement in a Petition by Falana and Falana Chambers
An allegation made by Mohammed Taofeek Owodunni (Sirskima) on TikTok And Bayo Oladipo aka Bayo billions on TikTok suggests Mr. Lagata was involved in writing a petition with the letterhead of Falana and Falana Chambers. This claim is completely unfounded and designed to intimidate and deter individuals seeking justice for Mohbad. Mr. Lagata had no involvement whatsoever in drafting or submitting any such petition. This is a baseless accusation aimed at creating fear and distrust, to defamed my name and character .
4. Connection to Barrister Odumosu's Petition to TikTok Comfy
It is emphatically stated that Mr. Lagata has absolutely no connection or prior knowledge of the petition written by Barrister Odumosu to Tolani Illesanmi (TikTok Comfy). There were no conversations or communications between Mr. Lagata and Barrister Odumosu regarding this petition. Any suggestion of Mr. Lagata's involvement is entirely false.
5. Possession of York Daddy's Personal Information
The claim by TikTok Comfy that Mr. Lagata possesses personal information regarding York Daddy, including his home address and pictures of his residence, is false and without merit. Mr. Lagata does not have any such personal information concerning York Daddy.
