Olori Ebi ‘Breaks’ The Silence Foudation Table Over AI Generated Chat

The ongoing drama surrounding the pursuit of justice for late singer Ilerioluwa Promise Aloba, aka Mohbad, has taken a new twist as TikTok personality Olori Ebi has openly clashed with filmmaker and activist Yomi Fabiyi, founder of the Break the Silence Foundation. The dispute stems from an alleged WhatsApp chat—later revealed to be AI-generated—involving journalist Wumi Aloba and TikToker Temmi, which controversially mentioned Olori Ebi’s name.

The chat, initially circulated as evidence in Fabiyi’s campaign for justice, quickly generated controversy. Fabiyi accused Olori Ebi of shielding another controversial TikToker, Arifa, whose name also appeared in the conversation. However, Olori Ebi strongly debunked the authenticity of the chat, condemning it as fabricated and distancing himself from any involvement.

Frustrated by Olori Ebi’s rejection of the chat, Fabiyi publicly called him out, insisting the evidence was crucial to his advocacy. In response, Olori Ebi accused Fabiyi of being the anonymous source behind the doctored messages. He berated Fabiyi, reminding him of the millions he had contributed through his TikTok platform to support Fabiyi’s cause, only to feel betrayed by what he described as “craftiness and inconsistency.”

Supporters of Olori Ebi have since rallied behind him, voicing their disappointment in Fabiyi’s handling of the matter. Many accused the Break the Silence Foundation founder of exploiting public trust and questioned his credibility in the justice campaign. The controversy has further polarized online communities already divided over Mohbad’s tragic death and the ongoing investigations.OO
