Mohbad: Spending And Nurse Feyisara Allegedly To Face Trial As Prime Boy Escapes Judgement

The Department of Public Prosecution (DPP) has resolved to prosecute two out of three suspects implicated in Mohbad's death, subsequent to the stalled corona inquest in the ongoing case.

In October, it was reported that the chief coroner received a stay of proceedings, temporarily suspending the coronial inquest. However, subsequent reports have implied that the inquest may not reconvene as the Department of Public Prosecution intends to proceed with prosecution.

According to reports, Ayobami Sodiq(Spending) and Nurse Feyisara Ogedengbe are most likely to stand trial. Initial findings reveal that Ayobami Sodiq enlisted Feyisara Ogedengbe's medical services for Mohbad, leading to the untimely demise of Ilerioluwa Aloba, professionally known as Mohbad.

The police investigation has identified Ibrahim Owodunni (Prime Boy), Ayobami Sodiq (Spending), and nurse Feyisara Ogedengbe as suspects. It is alleged that Prime Boy was involved in a physical altercation with the late Mohbad, with whom he shared a childhood friendship, resulting in injury.

From a stand point, it is alleged that Prime Boy is reportedly being discharged, while Spending and the nurse are likely suspects for prosecution.
